Competition Terms & Conditions – iTemp Win e-bike Promotion

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is iTemp PTY LTD (“Promoter”), located at 43 Greens Road, Dandenong South, VIC, 3175.

​

2. Competition Period

The competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

• Entrants must be qualified installers, tradespersons, or customers purchasing iTemp products through authorised wholesalers.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Purchase any iTemp product from an authorised wholesaler during the Competition Period;

2. Visit itemp.net.au/winebike;

3. Complete the online entry form; and

4. Upload valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt from their customer).

• Each valid purchase constitutes one (1) entry.

• Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is supported by a separate valid proof of purchase.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive an EBIKE Rawrr Mantis X, valued at approximately AUD $6,000.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar product of equal or greater value if required.

6. Draw & Winner Notification

• The draw will take place at  43 Greens road, Dandenong South, VIC, 3175 on 15 July 2026.

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

• The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw.

• The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.

7. Prize Claim

• The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.

• If the prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Verification

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants, including proof of purchase.

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.

9. Liability

• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties, lost or delayed entries, or any issues beyond its control.

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the competition or prize.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

• Entrants consent to receiving marketing communications, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

11. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
